He is fellow Chartered Accountant with more than 15 years of professional experience in the field. CA Kulbhushan Sharma has extensive experience advising on the income tax aspects of corporate and partnership reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing transactions.

His practice encompasses all aspects of income tax issues related to Merger & Acquisition, Hive off, Reorganisation& Integration etc. CA Kulbhushan Sharma has done courses on “International Taxation” and “Master of Business Finance” from Institute of Chartered Accountant of India after completing his Chartered Accountancy and Graduation from Delhi University.

He has vast experience of rendering services in the area of statutory audit, Internal Audit, Management consultancy, Business Valuation, Merger & Acquisition, Foreign Collaboration, FEMA related services, Virtual CFO services, Direct taxation, Indirect taxation, International taxation etc.
